No, we take every precaution but can not guarantee our items are allergen free. Our facilities produce items with gluten, dairy, nuts, etc., so there is always a possibility for cross-contamination.

No, you are not required to set up an account. 

No, we do not currently have a minimum order.

First, enter your zip code to determine your free delivery day of the week. Orders must be placed a minimum of 72 hours in advance of delivery date.

Second, browse and choose your menu items by week and add them to your cart. 

Third, check out and let us know if you’ll be home for delivery, or if you plan to place a cooler by your door, or if you’d like to order a cooler bag from us for future deliveries.

Finally, follow our simple heating instructions for the microwave or oven and enjoy!

We deliver to all of Seminole, Orange, Pinellas & Hillsborough counties, and select areas of Osceola, Manatee, Lake & Pasco. Delivery windows are Monday thru Saturday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. 

There is no delivery fee on the day pre-selected for your area.  If you prefer a different day there is a $25 - $75 custom delivery fee based on your location .  We also offer free pick-up Monday thru Saturday 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm at either our Orlando or Tampa facility.

You can choose to leave a cooler by your door for us to place your food in. You may also choose to have us pack your food in our reusable Heirloom cooler bag for a one-time fee of $10.  All orders include ice packs for delivery.

Our meals are prepared fresh with no preservatives. The suggested “consume by” date of each menu item is specific to the components. Our heat & eat entrees can be frozen to extend shelf life.

Yes, you may come to either our Orlando or Tampa facility for pickup if that is more convenient for you.

All items come with detailed instructions, oven and microwavable containers.  A few minutes of heating and you are ready to dine!

Our entrée and salads rotate seasonally with weekly specials available for holidays.

Yes, you may order up to three weeks advance. 

Yes, you can create an order with a different delivery address; you may need to utilize the Reset Zipcode button at bottom of order page. We also offer e-Gift Cards.

Our large platters can feed up to 36 guests depending on the style of your gathering.  Please contact a Puff ‘n Stuff Catering Special Event Planner for larger events.

No, not yet.  Heirloom is currently available in Central Florida and Florida’s West Coast.
